Chef Srinath Monahar Worked in Conrad Bengaluru – a 5 Stars Hotel in Bengaluru, India with position Chef Expert for over 12 years. Warmly welcome to all customers came to Dalcheeni.
Chef Sher Mohammad joined Dalcheeni in 2021. He had over 10 years’ experience as Senior CDP Tandoor in many restaurants in India. He loves the earth taste, signature smoky flavor and heavenly aroma from a tandoor oven and likes to share his love to all customers.
Indian Chef Shan Mohammed had played a major role in leading Indian Kitchen department in ITC Maurya -5 Star Luxury hotel in 2001. He played the role of head chef in Dalcheeni Hanoi since 2015. He was Director (Indian – Action) in Indian spices and Technic company.
Narayan Bahadur Budhathoki
Mr. Narayan worked in the F& B production department of Dalcheeni from 2015 as Tandoor chef . His passion in cooking is bringing the best emotion to customers through swoon worthy tandoori dishes.
