Indian Chef Suresh was working at ITC Maurya New Delhi from May 2005-July 2014 and at Urban Bosses LLP from 2019-2020. He took the role of head chef at curry and sweet at Dalcheeni since 2020.
Chef Hussain worked at Ina Elite Hospitality from 1994 to 1997, And at: B.J.N. Hotels Ltd from 2007-2011, He work at tandoor section. He joined Dalcheeni in November 2021.
Mr Vishal worked in the F&B production department of Dalcheeni from 2020 as Tandoor chef . His always try his best to bring the best quality tandoori food to customers.
He had many year experiences working at tandoori at various restaurant in India: Umrao Hotel & Resort, Piccagily Hotel, Suryaa Hotel, DJH.M Lajpat Nagar.
Chef Buddha joined Dalcheeni in 2015. He had many years’ experience for Western Nepal food in many restaurants in India.
Restaurant he has been working: Krips Restaurant from 12/2009 to 05/2010, and at Dana Choga Restaurant & Catering Services from June 2010 to April 2014.
Dalcheeni serves Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Dishes. At Dalcheeni we are one of the fine dining restaurants in Vietnam serving 100% Halal Meat, Vegan and Jain food.
